Cockburn Sound shore
The sheltered bay curves along the city's northern side. Its soft coastline and the beachfront road give the map a strong, flowing edge.

Rockingham Map Poster & Print
Rockingham sits on the Indian Ocean coast south of Perth, where Cockburn Sound meets the open sea. On a map the city is defined by its shoreline. The coast curves around the sound and toward the Shoalwater area, and Garden Island stretches north across the water, sheltering the bay.
The street pattern is typical of planned Australian coastal suburbs. Curving residential streets are arranged in neighbourhood cells, with large parks and reserves between them. A main foreshore road follows the beach. Inland, freeways and the Mandurah rail line run north to south, connecting Rockingham with Perth and the coast further south.
Garden Island is home to a major naval base, and Penguin Island, off Shoalwater, is known for its colony of little penguins. A Rockingham map poster places these offshore shapes beside the mainland's fine street pattern. The blank sea becomes an important part of the composition and gives the print a lot of breathing room.

Garden Island
The long, narrow island lies across the water to the north and west. On the poster it looks like a separate shape drifting beside the mainland.
Suburban cells
Inland neighbourhoods are laid out in loops and crescents around parks and reserves. They fill the land side of the map with a gentle, repeating texture.

Zakaj Rockingham
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Rockingham is a place where daily life happens near the water, and the map shows exactly how close the sea is to every street. It is a natural choice for residents, for families who spent holidays on the beaches, or for anyone who has served at the naval base.
Add your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps naming a beach or a date. Then choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Blueprint suits the coastal outline particularly well.
