Older centre
The historic core keeps a compact layout of short streets around its centre. This part of the map most clearly recalls the original village.

Sanctorum Map Poster & Print
Sanctorum is a community in the Puebla-Tlaxcala valley, on the north-western edge of the Puebla metropolitan area. From above it blends into the city around it. Older streets sit near its centre and newer housing spreads outward. Major roads link it to Puebla, industrial zones and neighbouring towns across the high, broad valley.
The valley sits more than two thousand metres above sea level, with the volcanoes Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl rising to the west and La Malinche to the north-east. Much of the area was once farmland. Fields still appear between the newer neighbourhoods on the map, but they are gradually being replaced as the city keeps growing.
A Sanctorum map poster shows a place in the middle of change, where village streets, housing estates and highways meet. In black and white, regular grids, curving cul-de-sacs and the remaining field lines make a varied composition. It records the community at one particular moment in its growth, as it is today.

New developments
Planned housing estates with uniform, repeating street patterns spread around the edges. They add blocks of dense, regular line work to the composition.
Remaining fields
Between built-up zones, patches of farmland survive, marked by straight field boundaries. They give the map breathing space and hint at the valley's farming past.

Zakaj Sanctorum
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Many people moved to Sanctorum for work in Puebla's factories or offices, while other families have been here much longer. A map of the community marks the street of a first home, a childhood neighbourhood or the place where relatives still live.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, for example to add Puebla or a meaningful date. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Get $9 digital files ready for six print sizes, or a printed poster with an optional frame.
