Innerste and Leine
Two rivers meet at Sarstedt. Their channels, old meanders and floodplain meadows form a soft band of open space along the town that stays visible even at smaller print sizes.

Sarstedt Map Poster & Print
Sarstedt lies in the Leine valley between Hanover and Hildesheim in Lower Saxony. From above, water defines the town. The Innerste winds in from the south and joins the Leine at the edge of the municipality. Both rivers leave broad green meadows that housing has never quite filled. The historic centre is a small, tight cluster of streets beside the Innerste.
Transport lines give the map its other strong strokes. The railway between Hanover and Hildesheim runs straight through town, and main roads fan out toward both cities. At the edges, flooded former gravel pits appear as lakes with smooth outlines, adding clean shapes to the floodplain and a sense of calm to the outskirts.
A Sarstedt map poster shows a commuter town that still reads as its own place, with river bends, a compact core and a ring of newer neighbourhoods. For anyone who travels to Hanover or Hildesheim every day but comes home here, it is a fitting way to keep the local geography on the wall.

Old town cluster
The historic centre near the Innerste is a dense knot of short, irregular streets. It contrasts with the more regular post-war housing areas that spread out around it.
Gravel-pit lakes
Former extraction sites in the valley have filled with water. Their smooth, rounded outlines add calm, graphic shapes to the edges of the map.

Zakaj Sarstedt
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
People often describe Sarstedt as the place between two cities, but those who live here know its streets and river paths well. A map poster puts that local knowledge on the wall, and a personal title, subtitle or coordinates line makes it a gift for a new home or a milestone.
The Paper and Sand styles bring out the softness of the river meadows. Noir and Blueprint sharpen the railway and street lines, and Classic black & white keeps it simple. Download HD files in six sizes for $9, or order a matte print with an optional wooden frame.
