Sartell Map Poster & Print
Sartell lies in central Minnesota on the Mississippi River, just north of St. Cloud. On a map, the river is the central feature, running through the city and dividing it into two parts. Residential areas extend from its banks with a mix of grid streets, curving lanes and cul-de-sacs typical of newer neighbourhoods.
For much of its history, Sartell was closely tied to its paper mill on the river, which operated for about a century before closing in 2012. In the years since, the city has continued to grow as a residential community, with new neighbourhoods, parks and schools spreading across the land around the river.
A Sartell map poster captures the Mississippi and the growing city around it. In black and white, the river becomes a strong, curving line, while the streets on each side create a detailed pattern of old and new. It is a clear record of a community that has changed from mill town to suburban city.
