Market centre
The older core of Sausar is a tight cluster of lanes and market streets. It is the densest part of the map, and most of the town's roads meet there.

Sausar Map Poster & Print
Sausar is a town in Chhindwara district, in the south of Madhya Pradesh, close to the Maharashtra border. It lies in the fertile country at the southern foot of the Satpura hills, where farmland stretches towards the Nagpur plain. The surrounding area is known for agriculture, including the citrus orchards that are common in this part of central India.
From above, Sausar is a compact town. Its older centre is a cluster of lanes and markets, and newer areas spread out along the main roads. A river runs near the town and its banks mark a clear line through the landscape. Beyond the built-up area, fields and orchards form a patchwork broken by village roads.
A Sausar map poster shows the town at the scale people know it: the market streets, the roads to neighbouring towns and the farmland that supports them. The composition is simple and rural, a small, dense centre set in open country. The hills rise gently towards the north.

River course
A river runs near the town and winds through the surrounding farmland. It adds a soft, curving line to the otherwise angular pattern of roads and fields.
Fields and orchards
Farmland and orchards surround the town in an irregular patchwork. It is the agricultural landscape of the Satpura foothills, crossed by narrow village roads.
