Dense town core
Narrow lanes crowd together at the centre, forming the darkest patch of the print and showing how the town grew outward from a compact, walkable heart.

Shendurjana Map Poster & Print
Shendurjana sits in the Amravati district of Maharashtra, in the Vidarbha region close to the border with Madhya Pradesh. From above, the town reads as a dense, irregular core where lanes bend around older blocks. At the edges these loosen into roads that head out across open farmland. The Satpura hills rise to the north, giving the surrounding country a gently rolling texture.
The land around the town belongs to the Warud orange belt, one of the best-known citrus districts of central India. On a map that farming shows up indirectly, as a quiet patchwork of parcels, tracks and small watercourses filling the space between settlements. A Shendurjana map poster captures that balance between a tight urban centre and the wide agricultural grain around it.
In black and white, the town becomes a study in density. The thickest cluster of lines marks the old centre, roads thin out as they reach the fields, and the open ground in between becomes negative space. It is a modest place with a clear shape, and that clarity is what makes it work on a wall.

Roads to the fields
Several roads leave the centre and run out across the farmland to neighbouring villages, giving the composition a loose, radiating structure.
Orchard country
The surrounding land is part of the Warud citrus belt, and the soft pattern of parcels and tracks around the town reflects generations of orange growing.

Zakaj Shendurjana
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
For people who grew up here or have family in Vidarbha, a map of Shendurjana is a quiet reminder of a place that rarely appears on anything printed. It suits a hallway or study, where the outline of home can be read up close rather than admired from across a room.
Each poster can be personalised with your own title, a subtitle such as a family name or a date, and the coordinates line. Choose from five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then download the HD files for $9 or order a printed poster.
