Tieling Map Poster & Print
Tieling lies in northern Liaoning, on the broad plain of the Liao River basin north of Shenyang. The terrain is flat, and the city shows it: streets run in long, straight lines, blocks are regular, and the rail corridor linking Shenyang with the rest of the northeast passes along the city, giving the plan a firm edge. Beyond the built-up area, fields stretch in every direction.
The city has a long history as a regional garrison and market town, and in recent decades it has expanded with a new district of wide boulevards, parks and water features. Across China, the name Tieling is also familiar through popular culture, thanks to comic sketches and films associated with performers from the surrounding region.
A Tieling map poster suits people who like clarity. The grid is legible, the older centre and the newer district read as two distinct textures, and the few watercourses add curved lines to an otherwise rectilinear composition. It is a quiet, well-ordered print that shows how a plains city is built.

Zakaj Tieling
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
For people from Liaoning, Tieling is an everyday hometown rather than a postcard city, which is exactly why a map works. It shows the streets you actually used, framed with the calm order of a northeastern plain.
Add your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, and select Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Buy the $9 digital files to print locally, or order a matte poster with an optional wooden frame.
