Dense older lanes
The oldest part of the settlement is made of narrow, closely packed lanes. It forms the most detailed and darkest area on the poster.

Umarsera Map Poster & Print
Umarsera is in the Vidarbha region of eastern Maharashtra, on the Deccan plateau. On a map, it appears as an irregular built-up area, with a dense cluster of lanes where the settlement is oldest and newer streets and housing extending outward in less regular patterns along the main roads.
The land around it is mostly level or gently rolling, and Vidarbha is known as an important cotton-growing region. Fields divide the countryside into uneven plots, and tracks and small roads connect the area to nearby villages and towns. Thin streams and drainage channels wind across the terrain.
An Umarsera map poster is an understated composition. The streets form the main texture in the centre, and the fields and roads around them fill the rest of the frame with lighter lines. There are no dramatic landmarks, but the pattern of growth, from dense lanes to open land, makes a quiet and readable image.

Newer streets
Around the core, more recent housing follows main roads and forms looser blocks. It shows how the settlement has grown outward over time.
Plateau farmland
Fields and farm tracks surround the built-up area in an irregular patchwork. Small streams wind across them in fine, curving lines.
