Wrexham Map Poster & Print
Wrexham sits in north-east Wales, a few miles from the English border, where the lowland of the Dee valley meets the first hills to the west. From above, the old centre forms a compact knot of streets around St Giles' Church. Terraced housing spreads out from there, and the A483 runs along the western side toward Chester and Oswestry.
Wrexham was granted city status in 2022. Its tall church tower is one of the landmarks of Wales, and Elihu Yale, the benefactor of Yale University, is buried in the churchyard. The Racecourse Ground is widely described as the oldest international football stadium still in use. Its club has drawn global attention since its takeover by Hollywood owners.
A Wrexham map poster shows a town shaped by coal, brewing and industry. The centre is tight, the older neighbourhoods are laid out in long terraces, and industrial estates sit on the edges. The main roads meet here, making it the natural centre of the region. It is an easy choice for fans, graduates and anyone with family ties to the area.

Racecourse Ground
Home of Wrexham AFC, the stadium sits just west of the centre. It appears as a clear rectangular outline among the surrounding streets and railway lines.
A483 bypass
This dual carriageway runs down the western side of the city. It draws a strong, flowing line that separates the urban area from the countryside beyond.
