Yerkhera Map Poster & Print
Yerkhera lies near Nagpur in the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra, close to the geographic centre of India. The land is broad and fairly level. On a map, the settlement shows how the edge of a large city grows. A core of older lanes sits alongside newer, more regular residential layouts, with fields and open plots still between them.
Because it is so close to Nagpur, Yerkhera's roads connect outward to the larger urban network, and the pattern of streets changes noticeably from one part of the map to another. In black and white, those shifts between organic village lanes and planned colonies create a varied, interesting texture.
A Yerkhera map poster is for people who live here or have watched it change, including families who remember when there were fewer houses and more fields. It captures one moment in the growth of the place, which gives the print a personal, documentary quality.
