Mapa
Chonglong Map Poster & Print
Chonglong lies in the central Sichuan Basin, a region of low, rolling hills, terraced fields and small rivers. From above, the town is a modest cluster of streets set among irregular green land, with roads that bend around hills rather than running in straight lines.
The wider area is typical of rural Sichuan: farmland covers most of the land, villages are scattered across the slopes, and ponds and small reservoirs dot the countryside. The town serves as a local centre for the villages around it, and its layout reflects that role, with a denser core and roads radiating outward.
A Chonglong map poster shows a place shaped by its terrain. The curving roads, the scattered settlements and the compact centre combine into a gentle, organic pattern. It is a very different image from the gridded cities of the plains, and it gives a minimal print a soft, hand-drawn quality.
