Village centres
Several distinct village cores, each gathered around a church and a few converging streets, give the map multiple focal points rather than a single downtown.

Mapa
Lille Map Poster & Print
The Belgian Lille is not to be confused with the French city of the same name. It is a rural municipality in the Kempen, the sandy, wooded region east of Antwerp. From above, it is not a single town but a group of village centres, each with its church and a knot of streets, joined by country roads through fields and forest.
The Kempen landscape gives the map a varied texture. Patches of woodland and heath break up the farmland, lanes curve around them, and ribbon development lines some of the connecting roads. A motorway passes nearby, a straight line through the softer pattern of village streets.
A Lille map poster captures a very Flemish arrangement: several small cores with space between them, linked by a network that feels woven more than planned. It is a quieter map than a city print, and one that rewards a closer look at how the villages relate to one another.

Kempen woodland
Stretches of forest and heath typical of the Kempen interrupt the fields, leaving irregular open areas that shape where roads and houses can go.
Connecting lanes
Narrow country roads, some lined with houses, link the villages across the farmland and create a loose, interlaced network across the municipality.
