Old town core
A knot of narrow, irregular lanes forms the centre of town. It is the densest part of the drawing and the clearest record of how Mahudha grew before planned roads arrived.

Mapa
Mahudha Map Poster & Print
Mahudha is a town in Kheda district, in the flat, intensively farmed heart of Gujarat between Ahmedabad and Vadodara. The land is almost level, so the map has no hills or coastline to give it shape. The shape comes from the settlement itself: a tight core of lanes that grew over time without a plan, surrounded by open fields and the roads that link it to neighbouring villages.
In the old part of town the streets are short and irregular, bending around blocks of closely packed houses as in many Gujarati towns. Wider roads cut through or skirt this centre, carrying traffic toward Nadiad and the district's other towns. Further out, the pattern thins into scattered lines across farmland, and field tracks mark the edges of the settlement.
A Mahudha map poster suits a place like this because it strips away everything except structure. Without colour, the contrast between the dense old lanes and the open countryside becomes the main subject. For people from Mahudha now living elsewhere in India or abroad, including the large Gujarati communities overseas, it is a way to keep the plan of their home town on the wall.

Roads to Nadiad
Main roads leave the town toward Nadiad and the surrounding villages of Kheda district. They are straight lines across the plain that give the poster its structure.
Farmland margins
Beyond the built-up area the map opens into the level fields of central Gujarat, where thin tracks and field boundaries give the poster a calm, spacious edge.

Zašto Mahudha
Mapa koja nešto znači
The poster is often chosen as a gift for parents or grandparents from Mahudha, or by someone who moved away and wants the town's layout close by. A plain line drawing ages well in a home and does not depend on any particular decor.
Add a family name, a wedding date or the town's coordinates to the title area, and pick one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Digital HD files cost $9 and include six print sizes as 300 DPI PNG and print-ready PDF.
