Mengcheng Chengguanzhen Map Poster & Print
Mengcheng Chengguanzhen is the urban seat of Mengcheng County, in the north of Anhui province, part of the prefecture-level city of Bozhou. It lies on the North China Plain, one of the flattest and most intensively farmed landscapes in the country. From above, the town is a compact grid of broad avenues, surrounded by fields divided into long, narrow strips.
The Guo River flows past the town, providing the only strong natural curve on an otherwise geometric map. Newer districts with wide roads and large blocks have expanded outward from the older centre, while villages and farm roads fill the flat land around it in a close, regular pattern.
A Mengcheng Chengguanzhen map poster shows a typical plains county town with clarity and order. Mengcheng is traditionally regarded as one of the places associated with the philosopher Zhuangzi, and the town honours that link. For people from the county now living in Hefei, Shanghai or further away, the poster offers a precise and quiet image of home.
