Mapa
Pudūr Map Poster & Print
Pudūr is a town in western Tamil Nadu, in the fertile Kongu country where the land drains toward the Kaveri and its tributaries. From above, its layout follows a familiar South Indian pattern: a compact core of closely packed streets and houses, and newer building stretching out along the roads that connect it to neighbouring towns.
The surroundings are agricultural, with fields, coconut groves and irrigation channels dividing the land into irregular plots. The name, common across Tamil Nadu, simply means new town or new settlement, which is why several places share it. This one sits in a well-watered, intensively farmed part of the state.
A Pudūr map poster keeps the focus on structure: the density of the centre, the lines of roads and channels, and the soft transition from town to fields. Because the name is shared by several places, the coordinates line on the poster makes it unmistakably this Pudūr, a small detail that matters.

Canal-fed fields
Irrigation channels and field boundaries shape the land around the town, forming an irregular network of thin lines that fills the edges of the map.
Connecting roads
Main roads lead out toward nearby towns, and houses have grown along them, so the built-up area reaches in several directions from the centre.
