Mapa
Woodburn Map Poster & Print
Woodburn sits in the flat heart of the Willamette Valley, roughly midway between Portland and Salem. Seen from above, the town is a compact street grid near the railroad, with newer subdivisions curving outward. Interstate 5 passes along its eastern side. Around it all lies a patchwork of rectangular fields, the farmland the valley is known for.
The city has an unusually diverse population for a place its size. A large share of residents are Hispanic, many with roots in Mexican farming communities, and the area is also home to Russian Old Believer families who settled nearby in the twentieth century. The premium outlet centre by the interstate draws shoppers from across the region.
A Woodburn map poster captures the meeting of a small-town grid, a major highway and open agricultural land. Streets get sparser toward the edges until only field boundaries and country roads are left. The result is calm and orderly, a good fit for anyone connected to the northern Willamette Valley.

Railroad core
The older centre lies near the rail line that crosses the valley, where the street grid is at its tightest and most regular.
Valley farmland
Beyond the city limits, the map gives way to large, flat parcels and straight farm roads, the agricultural setting that has shaped the town's economy and communities.
