Barrio de Peral Map Poster & Print
Barrio de Peral is a district of Cartagena, in the Region of Murcia on Spain's southeastern Mediterranean coast. On a map, it forms part of the dense urban area that spreads north from the historic port city, where streets give way to the flat farmland of the Campo de Cartagena. Blocks of flats and houses fill a network of streets crossed by main roads into the centre.
The district shows how Cartagena grew during the twentieth century, with neighbourhoods extending out from the walled port toward the plain. On a poster, that growth appears as a tight, fairly regular pattern of streets beside wider roads and the rail lines that serve the city. The port and the hills around the harbour lie a short way to the south.
A Barrio de Peral map poster focuses on the neighbourhood itself rather than the harbour and Roman theatre of central Cartagena. It suits people who grew up or live in the district and want the streets they know at the centre of the frame, with the rest of the city around them.

Main roads
Wide roads cross the area and connect it with central Cartagena and the surrounding towns. They form the strongest lines on the poster.
Toward the port
To the south, the city continues toward the harbour and its hills. A wider frame can bring that coastline into the composition.
