The Yerres meanders
The river curls through the valley floor in soft loops, with green banks on either side. It is the main line of the composition and the reason the streets bend.

Brunoy Map Poster & Print
Brunoy lies in the Essonne, southeast of Paris, along the winding valley of the Yerres. The river is what gives the town its shape on a map. It loops through meadows and gardens, and the streets climb away from it on either side. To the east, the large dark mass of the Sénart forest presses against the town, so much of Brunoy is framed by green.
The town has long drawn Parisians looking for a quieter place by the water. The actor François-Joseph Talma, a leading figure of the French stage around the Revolution and the Empire, kept a property here, and the riverside still has an air of villas and walks more than industry. Bridges over the Yerres tie the two banks together.
A Brunoy map poster turns all of this into clear linework: the river's slow meanders, the older centre near the water, and the residential streets spreading up the slopes. It is a map with a strong natural outline and plenty of open space around it, which makes it a calm, well-balanced picture on the wall.

Sénart forest edge
A broad block of woodland borders the town to the east. On the poster it reads as a quiet, empty space beside the finer grain of the streets.
Two banks, several bridges
Small crossings link the neighbourhoods on each side of the Yerres, and they show up as short, precise strokes across the river's curve.
