Itapoã Map Poster & Print
Itapoã is one of the administrative regions of Brazil's Federal District, on the plateau northeast of the Plano Piloto, near Paranoá. Compared with Brasília's famous modernist plan, it is a much younger and more ordinary settlement. It grew quickly from the early 2000s and later gained formal status, and the map reflects that recent growth.
The streets form a tight pattern of small, mostly rectangular blocks, with main roads running through them and linking them to the highways toward the capital. Around the built-up area, the landscape of the cerrado plateau is still visible in open land and scattered vegetation. The contrast between dense housing and open space is strong.
An Itapoã map poster shows a side of the Federal District rarely seen on postcards: a working residential area with its own shape and its own community. In black and white, the fine grid of small blocks makes a detailed, even texture that is visually striking and meaningful for the people who have built their lives there.

Connecting roads
Wider roads run through the neighbourhood and connect it to the highways toward Brasília. They add strong lines to the fine grid.
Cerrado edges
Open plateau land around the settlement stays largely unmarked. It frames the dense grid with calm, light space on the print.
