Qibray Map Poster & Print
Qibray is the administrative centre of a district in Tashkent Region, just beyond the northeastern edge of Uzbekistan's capital. It sits in the fertile country between Tashkent and the Chirchiq River, an area long watered by canals that carry water down from the mountains. On a map, the town merges with the city's outskirts on one side and with orchards and fields on the other.
The street pattern mixes straight, planned roads with older lanes lined with walled houses and gardens. Canals cross the district in long lines, and trees planted along them are often the most visible feature from above. The result on the map is a green, irrigated texture rather than a dense urban core.
The mountains to the east supply the water that makes the area so productive, and they are never far away. A Qibray map poster suits people who live here and commute into Tashkent. It also suits families with a house and garden in the district, and anyone who knows this quieter edge of the capital region.

Garden neighbourhoods
Residential areas are made up of walled houses with gardens along narrow lanes. They give the poster a fine-grained texture that is very different from the city's apartment blocks.
Edge of the capital
On one side of the map, Qibray's streets run into Tashkent's outer districts. The drawing captures the point where the city gives way to farmland.
