Xoxocotla Map Poster & Print
Xoxocotla is a Nahua community in the south of Morelos, in the warm lowlands that stretch below Cuernavaca. For a long time it was part of the municipality of Puente de Ixtla. In recent years it became a separate indigenous municipality, and the town is known for its strong community organisation and the Nahuatl traditions many residents keep.
On the map the town is a dense, fairly regular grid of blocks gathered around its centre. It thins out quickly into cultivated land, with sugar cane and other crops filling the flat surroundings. Regional roads lead off toward nearby towns and the highway corridor through southern Morelos, giving the compact settlement clear lines of connection.
A Xoxocotla map poster shows that compact form with clarity. The tight mesh of streets reads almost like a woven textile, surrounded by broad open space. It is a simple composition that stays honest about the place: an agricultural town with its own identity, drawn in the same clean style as any major city.

Surrounding farmland
Cultivated land on the flat valley floor wraps around the town. It appears as calm open space on the poster and frames the streets with generous margins.
Regional roads
Several roads leave the town toward neighbouring communities and the main highway through southern Morelos. They extend the drawing outward like spokes.
