Terrain-led streets
The streets follow the shape of the land, bending around slopes and valleys, which gives the map a flowing, irregular look instead of a grid.

Conglin Map Poster & Print
Conglin lies in the southern part of Chongqing municipality, in hilly country south of the Yangtze. The terrain is broken into ridges and valleys, and the town adapts to it. On a map, the built-up area follows the level ground, and the roads twist to reach it.
There is no dominant grid here. Streets run where slopes allow, bend around hills and connect clusters of buildings that sit apart from each other. Roads leading out of town wind through farmland and forest toward neighbouring towns, and they draw long, irregular lines across the frame.
A Conglin map poster records a settlement shaped by terrain: curving roads, scattered clusters and wide spaces of hill country in between. It is an organic, layered map, very different from the planned cities of the plains, and a personal print for those who come from here.

Winding approach roads
Roads leaving town curve through the hills in long loops, linking Conglin to neighbouring settlements across the southern Chongqing countryside.
Scattered clusters
Buildings gather in separate pockets on level ground, and open hill land between them breaks the town into several distinct parts.
