Seine loop
The river bends broadly past the town with Île Seguin in mid-stream, drawing a long, elegant curve along the riverside edge of the map.

Sèvres Map Poster & Print
Sèvres lies just beyond the south-west edge of Paris, across the Seine from Boulogne-Billancourt, where the river swings round in a wide loop. The town climbs from the waterside up a narrow valley between wooded heights, with the Parc de Saint-Cloud to the north and the forest of Meudon to the south. The Pont de Sèvres links it directly to the capital.
The name is known worldwide through porcelain. The national porcelain manufactory has worked here since the eighteenth century, beside the river near the bridge, and it still makes pieces alongside a museum of ceramics. Sèvres also gave its name to the 1920 treaty signed after the First World War. The International Bureau of Weights and Measures has its seat nearby, in the Pavillon de Breteuil.
A Sèvres map poster traces that setting closely: the broad curve of the Seine with Île Seguin, the bridge, the main road climbing inland and the finer streets packed into the valley. Large green spaces on both sides frame the town. They give the composition generous calm areas and show clearly how the place fits between Paris and its western woods.

Valley streets
Streets climb from the river into a narrow valley between two wooded heights. This packs fine detail into a slim band that reads clearly in monochrome.
Parks on both sides
The Parc de Saint-Cloud and the forest of Meudon flank the town. These large open areas frame the built-up valley and give the print breathing space.
