Bealanana Map Poster & Print
Bealanana lies in the Sofia region in the north of Madagascar, in highland country well away from the coast. On a map it appears as a small town. Its streets form a modest network around the centre, and the land around it is folded into hills and valleys, with rivers and paths following the terrain.
The region is agricultural, and rice grows in the valley floors while the slopes carry other crops and pasture. Road access to the rest of the island is limited, which is part of why the town has kept a compact, self-contained shape. On the map, the few main routes stand out clearly.
A Bealanana map poster is a quiet, understated portrait. There is no dense grid or famous landmark, just a town in its landscape, with winding tracks and water leading through the hills. For people who know Bealanana, those few lines hold a great deal.

Valley floors
Low ground around the town is used for rice cultivation and follows the rivers. On the map it appears as softer, more open areas between the slopes.
Highland routes
The main roads and tracks wind through the hills, following the terrain rather than straight lines and linking the town to the wider region.
