Butuan Bay shore
The coastline forms the poster's long outer edge. It's a smooth line against open water, and the town's streets gather close behind it.

Buenavista Map Poster & Print
Buenavista is a municipality in Agusan del Norte, in the Caraga region of northeastern Mindanao. It faces Butuan Bay to the west of Butuan City. From above, the settlement stretches along the coast rather than spreading inland. Houses and side streets line the main road, and farmland and low hills take over behind them.
Towns like this take their shape from the road and the sea. The highway that links the coastal municipalities of northern Mindanao passes through, and much of the built-up area lies within a short walk of it. Smaller roads lead down toward the water and back into the fields, which gives the map a ladder-like structure.
A Buenavista map poster works as a study of a shoreline town. The coast forms one clean edge. The highway runs alongside it, and a looser network of streets fills the narrow band between. There's plenty of open space in the composition, which suits a minimalist print and keeps the sense of a place facing the bay.

Coastal highway spine
One main road carries most of the town's structure and runs parallel to the sea. Shorter streets branch off it in both directions.
Inland fields
Behind the built-up strip the linework thins out into rural roads and tracks. The empty space balances the denser coastal edge.
