Dharampuri Map Poster & Print
Dharampuri is a town in the Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh, set on the banks of the Narmada, one of India's most sacred rivers. The river is the dominant feature on the map, wide and slow as it passes the town, with sandbanks and channels that shift with the seasons.
The town's streets gather near the water, where steps and shrines line parts of the bank, and roads lead away from the river toward the fields and low hills of the Malwa region. The contrast between the dense town and the open river gives the area a distinct shape from above.
A Dharampuri map poster centres on this relationship between town and river. In black and white, the Narmada becomes a broad, calm band across the composition, with the fine grain of streets gathered along one side.
