Longxing Map Poster & Print
Longxing lies within Chongqing Municipality in the hilly country of the eastern Sichuan basin. The landscape here is made up of low, rounded hills, terraced fields and narrow valleys, and on a map the terrain shapes almost every road, with lines bending around slopes rather than running straight.
The town's built-up area gathers along the flatter ground, with a denser core and newer development spreading along main roads. Streams and ponds are scattered through the surrounding farmland, and field terraces create fine contours across the hills that give the countryside a layered texture.
A Longxing map poster shows the typical form of a Chongqing township: a compact centre, roads following the land, and a finely divided agricultural landscape around it. The result is a detailed, organic composition that rewards close viewing.
