Nazaré Paulista Map Poster & Print
Nazaré Paulista lies in the hills northeast of São Paulo city, and its map is dominated by water. The Atibainha reservoir, part of the Cantareira system that supplies the metropolitan area, spreads through the valleys around the town in long, branching arms that reach deep into the surrounding hills.
The town centre is small and sits close to the water, with streets that curve to follow the slopes. Outside the centre, roads wind between wooded hills, weekend houses and small farms, many of them set along the reservoir's many inlets. The result is an intricate, irregular shoreline that fills much of the frame.
A Nazaré Paulista map poster turns that shoreline into the main subject. The spreading reservoir, the curving roads and the compact old centre combine into an image that feels almost like a drawing of branches, a very different shape from the grids found in most towns of the state.

Winding hill roads
Roads curve between wooded hills and along the water's edge, linking scattered houses and farms with loose, flowing lines.
Small historic centre
The town's centre is compact and sits near the water, a small concentration of streets set against the much larger pattern of reservoir and hills.
