Tādif Map Poster & Print
Tādif is a town in the Aleppo Governorate of northern Syria, set on the broad, open plain east of Aleppo. From above, it appears as a tight cluster of streets closely joined to the neighbouring town of al-Bab, so that the two form one continuous built-up area on the map.
The surrounding land is largely agricultural, divided into fields and crossed by roads that link the area with Aleppo and other towns of the region. Its map is defined by this simple relationship between a compact settlement and the wide, flat country around it.
A Tādif map poster shows this landscape without embellishment. The dense streets of the town, the roads leading outward and the fine pattern of fields around it make a quiet, grounded composition, a clear record of a place and its setting.
