Tarlac City lies near the middle of the Central Luzon plain, the broad, level lowland between the Zambales Mountains and the Sierra Madre. The map shows a compact downtown built along the old MacArthur Highway, which runs north to south through the centre, with the Tarlac River crossing the municipal area and barangays spreading outward in a loose pattern of roads and farmland.
As capital of Tarlac province, the city serves as a crossroads between Manila and the provinces of northern Luzon, and modern expressways now pass along its edges. The surrounding land is some of the most intensively farmed in the country, planted with rice and sugarcane, and the large Hacienda Luisita sugar estate lies within the city's boundaries.
A Tarlac City map poster shows a place defined by its roads and its fields. The dense grid of the town centre sits at the heart of the sheet, while the outer barangays thin into long rural lanes and irrigation lines. It is a portrait of a provincial capital that grew as a waypoint on the main road north from Manila.
The historic north–south highway threads through the centre of the city, gathering the densest streets around it and giving the map a strong vertical axis.
The river runs through the city's territory on its way across the plain, adding a winding, braided line to a map otherwise shaped mostly by roads.
Beyond the centre, rural barangays spread across rice and cane fields, drawn on the map as a sparse network of lanes that makes the urban core stand out.

Aiheā Tarlac City
Tarlac City is home for many Filipinos now working in Manila or overseas, and a map of it is a direct way to keep that connection on the wall. It suits a family home, a first apartment far away, or a gift for parents who never left.
Add your own title and subtitle, perhaps a barangay name or a family date, and adjust the coordinates line. The poster comes in five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand, as a $9 HD download or a printed poster from print partners in more than 30 countries.
