Củ Chi sits on the northwestern edge of Ho Chi Minh City, where the dense street grid of the metropolis gives way to open country. From above, the map is dominated by long roads running toward Tây Ninh and the Cambodian border, with smaller lanes branching off between farm plots, orchards and plantations. Settlements cluster along these roads rather than around a single centre, so the built-up area reads as a series of lines.
The area is known worldwide for the Củ Chi tunnels, a network dug by hand and used during the wars of the twentieth century, parts of which are now preserved as a memorial site near the Saigon River. On a map the tunnels themselves are invisible, but the wooded land along the river where they lie reads as a quieter, greener band beside the farmland.
A Củ Chi map poster works because of the contrast between order and openness. Major routes draw firm lines across the sheet, while the finer network of rural lanes fills the paper with irregular texture. The river adds a single soft curve along one side, giving the composition a natural edge and a clear sense of where the city ends and the countryside begins.
The Saigon River loops along the northeastern boundary of Củ Chi, drawing a long, meandering line that separates it from the neighbouring province and frames the map on one side.
National Route 22 cuts across the area on its way northwest, a straight spine that most of the local roads and settlements attach themselves to.
Between the main roads, a fine mesh of small lanes and tracks winds between fields and plantations, producing a dense, hand-drawn texture that differs sharply from central Ho Chi Minh City.

People who have walked through the tunnels, or who have family roots in the countryside around Saigon, often want a reminder quieter than a photograph. A map shows the land itself, the roads and the river, without commentary, which suits a place with such a layered past.
The poster can carry your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example a family name or the date of a visit. Choose from five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and download HD files or order a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
