Ko e mape
Kapar lies in the Klang district of Selangor, on the flat coastal land north of Klang and inland from the Strait of Malacca. From above, the town is less a single compact centre than a set of settlements. Housing estates and older kampung areas string along the main roads, and plantation land and scattered greenery fill the space between them.
The area has grown steadily as the Klang Valley expands outward, and newer residential estates now sit beside older rural patterns. The coast nearby is home to a large power station, and the town has long had ties to the agricultural and port economy of the wider Klang region. Its population is large, but the landscape still feels spread out.
A Kapar map poster captures that loose, expanding structure. Neat cul-de-sacs and looping streets mark the planned estates, winding lanes trace the older villages, and the long road corridors link it all to Klang and the coast. In monochrome, the balance between built areas and open land becomes the main subject.
Planned residential estates appear as tidy clusters of loops and short parallel streets, each one a small self-contained pattern within the wider map.
Long arterial roads run through the district toward Klang and the coast, and they act as the spine that most of the settlements grow along.
Between the built-up areas, broad stretches of flat plantation and lowland leave generous empty space, which gives the poster a calm, airy composition.

Ko e hā ʻa Kapar
Kapar is a place people know personally rather than from postcards, so a map of it is usually about home: the estate where you grew up, or the road you drove every day. Printed in simple lines, those familiar routes turn into a quiet piece of wall art.
Write your own title, subtitle and coordinates, such as a family name or the year you moved in. Then pick from five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, to fit the room it will hang in.
