Ocoee lies in western Orange County, a short drive from downtown Orlando, in a landscape full of freshwater lakes. On a map, the small historic centre sits on the shore of Starke Lake. Residential neighbourhoods spread out around it in the curving streets and cul-de-sacs typical of Central Florida growth, bending around smaller ponds and retention basins.
Major roads define the edges. Florida's Turnpike and State Road 429 pass nearby and connect the city to the wider metro area. The town's history goes back well before the suburbs and includes the 1920 Ocoee massacre, a violent episode that the city has formally acknowledged in recent years. Today the map shows a quieter, mostly residential place.
An Ocoee map poster works best when the lakes are given room. Starke Lake and the smaller water bodies nearby make calm, rounded shapes, set against the dense linework of the neighbourhoods. In black and white, the city reads as a mix of water and winding streets, a distinctly Floridian pattern.

Curving residential streets and cul-de-sacs fill much of the city, often bending around ponds and making a soft, looping texture.

Ocoee is where many families have settled close to Orlando while staying near the water, and a map of it is a natural way to mark a first home or a long stay. The lakes give the design an especially calm look.
Add a family name, an address or a move-in date to the title, subtitle and coordinates line, and pick one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Printed posters ship from partners in more than 30 countries.
