Brotas Map Poster & Print
Brotas lies in the interior of São Paulo state, in rolling country of farms, woodland and rivers. On a map the town shows a neat grid of blocks centred on its main square. It sits alongside the Jacaré-Pepira River, which winds through the urban area and gives the otherwise regular street plan a flowing edge.
Brotas is known across Brazil for adventure tourism. The Jacaré-Pepira is popular for rafting, and the surrounding countryside has many waterfalls, trails and natural pools, which draw visitors from São Paulo and beyond. The town has built much of its identity around that combination of water and landscape.
A Brotas map poster pairs the order of the town grid with the loose, curving line of the river. For people who have rafted here, walked to the waterfalls or grown up in the town, it is a calm reminder of a place defined by moving water.
