Juchitepec Map Poster & Print
Juchitepec is a municipality in the State of Mexico, in the high country south-east of Mexico City. Its surroundings are volcanic. The land rises toward the Sierra Nevada, where Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl dominate the horizon on clear days. On a map, the town shows as a compact grid surrounded by fields and rural roads.
Like many towns in central Mexico, Juchitepec is organised around a central square and a church, with streets laid out in a fairly regular pattern. Beyond the edge of the built-up area, agricultural plots cover the slopes. Their boundaries and access tracks create a finer, more irregular texture at the margins.
A Juchitepec map poster brings out the contrast between the orderly town and the open highland around it. The design stays clean and uncluttered, giving the grid room to breathe. It is a meaningful piece for families from the municipality, many of whom have moved to the capital or north of the border.

Highland farmland
Cultivated plots cover the land around the town, and their roads and boundaries create a delicate, irregular pattern at the edges of the map.
Volcanic setting
The municipality lies on the slopes rising toward the Sierra Nevada, so the road network gradually thins and bends as the terrain climbs.
