Ore Mountains edge
North of the town the land rises steeply into forested mountains. Roads zigzag up the slopes in tight bends, creating a dramatic, dense pattern at the top of the map.

Litvínov Map Poster & Print
Litvínov lies in the Most district of north-west Bohemia, where the steep slopes of the Ore Mountains drop onto the basin below. On a map the contrast is immediate. The town's streets fill the lower ground, while dense contours and forest roads climb abruptly to the north toward the border ridge and the villages on the plateau.
The town combines an older centre, with a chateau associated with the Waldstein family, and extensive housing estates built during the twentieth century, including the monumental Koldům building. To the south lies the large chemical and refining complex at Záluží, and Litvínov is known across the Czech Republic for its ice hockey club, a long-standing member of the top league.
A Litvínov map poster shows how industry, housing and landscape fit together in this corner of Bohemia: the tight curves of mountain roads above, the repeated blocks of the estates below and the open spaces of the basin beyond. It is a strong graphic print for residents, former residents and hockey supporters with a connection to the town.

Housing estates
Litvínov's twentieth-century estates appear as repeated rows and blocks of apartment buildings. Their regular geometry contrasts with the older, irregular streets of the town centre.
Záluží complex
The vast chemical works south of town form a large, intricate footprint of roads, rails and installations. On the poster it reads as an abstract industrial pattern at the edge of the city.

Anlam taşıyan bir harita
A map of Litvínov is for people who know the town from the inside: its estates, its mountain walks, its hockey nights. The print gives an honest, striking picture of a place where industry and nature sit side by side, and it works well in a modern interior.
You can personalise the title and subtitle, perhaps with a team's founding year or a family date, and adjust the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The HD files cost $9, or order a matte print shipped from a nearby partner.
