Chequerboard blocks
Square blocks of equal size repeat across the town in a regular grid. The pattern prints very clearly and makes the plaza easy to find at the centre.

Pérez Map Poster & Print
Pérez is in the province of Santa Fe, just west of the city of Rosario, and is part of its wider metropolitan area. The land is almost perfectly flat, part of the fertile humid pampa. The town follows the classic Argentine pattern: a chequerboard of square blocks, a main plaza near the centre, and straight streets that run out until they meet the fields.
Railways did much to shape the growth of towns in this part of Santa Fe, and rail corridors cross the area around Pérez with small yards and station buildings beside them. On a Pérez map poster these long straight lines break up the uniform squares of the grid and give the composition its main accents.
Between Pérez and Rosario, the countryside is steadily giving way to industrial parks, logistics sites and new neighbourhoods, so the map shows a town in transition. Outside that corridor, wide rectangular fields of soy, maize and wheat stretch toward the horizon. Dirt roads divide them and continue the lines of the urban grid far into the countryside.

Rail corridors
Railway lines cross the area in long, straight bands. They cut through the grid and add strong lines that break the even pattern of the blocks.
Pampas fields
Beyond the last streets, large rectangular fields and rural roads carry the grid into the countryside. They form a calm geometric frame around the built-up area.
