Te mapa
Aïn Oussera lies in the province of Djelfa on Algeria's high plateaus, the broad band of steppe between the coastal Tell and the Sahara. On a map the town is a compact grid surrounded by open land in every direction, with the great north–south highway running through it toward Djelfa and the south.
The name begins with 'Aïn', meaning spring, a reminder of how water shaped settlement in this dry country. Streets are laid out in a largely regular pattern, and the edges of the town fade into fields and pasture, where fewer lines cross the plain.
An Aïn Oussera map poster places the town against its landscape. With so much open land around it, the street grid becomes a crisp, central figure, and the highway crossing the frame adds a clear sense of direction.
Algeria's main north–south road crosses the town, a strong line that links it with Algiers to the north and Djelfa to the south.
Open plateau surrounds the town in every direction, giving the poster wide margins of calm space and a sense of scale.
Regular blocks form the centre of Aïn Oussera, a tidy pattern that reads well in black and white at any print size.
