Te mapa
Bonney Lake sits on a raised plateau in Pierce County, Washington, above the valley where the White and Puyallup rivers run toward Puget Sound. From above, the town is mostly residential. Winding streets, loops and cul-de-sacs spread through stands of evergreen forest, and one main highway corridor cuts through them diagonally, carrying most of the commercial strip.
Water shapes the edges of the map. The small lake that gives the town its name sits inside the street pattern, and the much larger Lake Tapps reservoir spreads its fingered shoreline to the north. The steep, forested bluff on the western side shows up on a map as a sudden absence of streets, where the plateau breaks toward the valley floor.
A Bonney Lake map poster keeps the organic suburban geometry of the Pacific Northwest, with its irregular lots, forest gaps and lakeshore coves. Mount Rainier is out of frame, but it dominates the view on clear days, and residents tend to measure the weather by whether the mountain is out.
The reservoir to the north has a long, deeply indented shoreline of peninsulas and coves, which draws a complicated line against the orderly streets around it.
On the west, the street network stops at a forested bluff. That empty band on the map marks the drop to the river valley below.
Looping residential streets and dead-end courts fill the plateau and form curling patterns that look almost botanical when printed in black and white.

Koteā ko Bonney Lake
People who grew up on the plateau, or moved there for the lakes and the forest, often want a map that shows how the neighbourhoods fold around the water. It suits a family home, a lake cabin or a housewarming gift.
You can add your own title, a subtitle such as a street or a year, and a coordinates line, then choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The HD files cost $9, and printed posters with an optional wooden frame are also available.
