Te mapa
Caarapó lies on the gently rolling plateau of southern Mato Grosso do Sul, not far from Dourados. The town is laid out as a regular grid of straight streets and square blocks, typical of settlements planned during the twentieth-century expansion into Brazil's centre-west. Outside the grid, the map opens into large farms divided by long, straight rural roads.
The local economy depends on agriculture, especially soy, corn and sugarcane grown on the region's fertile red soils. The area is also home to Guarani-Kaiowá communities, and Indigenous lands lie close to the town. That history and presence are part of the region's identity, alongside farming and the ranching traditions of Mato Grosso do Sul.
A Caarapó map poster shows a clear planned grid set in an open agricultural landscape. The town forms a neat block of streets, and roads lead outward to the fields and the wider region. It is a simple, well-structured image of a frontier town in the Brazilian interior.
Caarapó's streets run in straight lines and meet at right angles, a regular pattern that prints cleanly and reflects the town's planned origins.
Long rural roads extend from town across wide farmland, marking out the large agricultural plots that surround it.
Beyond the last blocks the landscape is mostly open, so the poster frames Caarapó as a compact town within a large agricultural region.

Koteā ko Caarapó
For families who came to farm in the region, and for everyone who grew up in Caarapó, a map of its grid is a reminder of home. It is also a thoughtful gift for someone who has moved to Campo Grande, São Paulo or further away.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with a family name or a date in Portuguese. There are five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Printed posters come on matte paper with an optional wooden frame.
