Te mapa
Ejigbo is a town in Osun State in southwestern Nigeria, west of Osogbo, in the Yoruba heartland. Like many older Yoruba towns, it grew around a central core associated with the traditional ruler, and roads fan outward from that centre to neighbouring towns and farms. From above, the pattern is dense in the middle and loosens gradually into scattered compounds and green land.
The town is widely known for its long-standing links with Côte d'Ivoire, where generations of Ejigbo traders and families have lived and worked. That connection is part of the town's identity, with many families dividing their lives between the two countries. The traditional ruler of Ejigbo bears the title Ogiyan.
An Ejigbo map poster draws the town as it is: a web of roads converging on an older centre, with irregular blocks, open plots and farmland at the edges. It is organic rather than planned, and that gives it a strong, almost hand-drawn quality when printed in simple black and white on matte paper.
The oldest part of town forms the densest cluster of streets, the point where the main roads converge and the pattern becomes most intricate.
Routes leave the centre toward Osogbo and neighbouring towns and villages, dividing Ejigbo into wedge-shaped sectors of houses and family compounds.
Farmland and patches of trees surround the town, drawn as open space that sets off the busier street network at the centre.

Koteā ko Ejigbo
For the many people from Ejigbo living in Abidjan, Lagos, London or elsewhere, a map of the town is a quiet way to keep home in the house. It suits a parlour or an office, or a gift for an elder returning to visit.
Add a title, perhaps with a family compound or a year in the subtitle, and keep the coordinates line. Choose one of five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and download the HD files or order a printed poster.
