Te mapa
Ennis is a city in Ellis County, south of Dallas, on the rolling blackland prairie of North Texas. From above, it has the classic plan of a railroad town. A straight grid of streets sits beside the tracks, with a small historic downtown at the centre. Newer neighbourhoods and commercial areas spread outward, and Interstate 45 passes along the edge of town.
Ennis has strong Czech roots, which show in its churches, bakeries and the National Polka Festival held each year. The town is also known for its spring bluebonnet trails, a network of country roads where the wildflowers bloom across the surrounding fields. On the map, the farmland appears as broad open space crossed by long, straight rural roads.
An Ennis map poster pairs the tidy downtown grid and the railway line with the wider, looser pattern of the county roads beyond. The interstate adds a bold diagonal, and the fields give the composition room. It is a clear, balanced portrait of a Texas prairie town.
The historic centre sits on a regular grid beside the rail line. It is the densest, most ordered area on the map.
The interstate runs past the town toward Dallas and Houston. It crosses the sheet as a strong, continuous line.
Long rural roads cross the farmland around town, including the routes of the spring bluebonnet trails. They extend the map into open prairie.

Koteā ko Ennis
Ennis means family for people with Czech Texan roots, and springtime for anyone who has driven the bluebonnet trails. A map of the town keeps the grid, the tracks and the prairie roads close at hand.
Add a custom title, a subtitle such as a family name or a festival year, and the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. It comes as $9 HD digital files in six sizes, or as a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
