Te mapa
Itá is in Paraguay's Central Department, southeast of Asunción. It is often listed among the oldest towns in the country and dates from the sixteenth century. The centre follows the classic Spanish colonial plan, with a square grid of blocks around a central plaza. Further out, the regular pattern gives way to longer rural roads and scattered plots.
The town is best known for pottery. Local ceramic makers are known across Paraguay, and the clay hen in particular has become a kind of national emblem. On the map, the main highway passes along the town and links it to Asunción and the southeast. Streams and low wet ground break the edges of the grid.
An Itá map poster shows a whole Paraguayan story in one frame. The planned colonial core is still easy to read after centuries. Around it the town has grown outward in stages, and farmland lies beyond. It works as a quiet, orderly drawing, and it is a meaningful keepsake for anyone whose family comes from Itá or who collects its ceramics.

A national highway passes along the town on its way from Asunción to the southeast. It forms one long confident line across the map.
Beyond the grid, long straight roads and field boundaries spread into open country. Low wet ground and streams add a few irregular curves.

Koteā ko Itá
Itá means something to Paraguayans abroad, to people who have visited its pottery workshops, and to anyone with family there. A map of its plaza grid is a restrained way to keep that connection visible at home.
You can change the title and subtitle, perhaps to a surname or a year of departure, and adjust the coordinates line. There are five styles. Printed posters on matte paper, with an optional wooden frame, are shipped from print partners in more than 30 countries.
