Te mapa
José Cardel, the seat of La Antigua municipality, lies on the coastal plain of central Veracruz, a short distance from the Gulf of Mexico and north of the port of Veracruz. The town has a compact grid centred on a plaza, and the main highways along the coast and inland pass through or close to it.
This is sugar cane country. Fields stretch across the plain around the town, divided by roads and drainage channels. The La Antigua river flows to the south toward the sea, and a few kilometres to the north are the ruins of Zempoala, a Totonac city visited by Hernán Cortés in 1519.
A José Cardel map poster is a portrait of a working agricultural town. The grid provides a clear centre, the roads lead outward toward the coast and the mountains, and the surrounding fields give the print a wide, open border. It is a thoughtful gift for anyone from this part of Veracruz.

Main roads along the coast and toward the interior meet near the town. They are the longest lines on the map.
Sugar cane fields surround the town, divided by straight tracks and channels. They form a regular, open pattern around the urban area.

Koteā ko José Cardel
For people from La Antigua and the surrounding area, José Cardel is where family, school and work often come together. A map of the town gives those memories a clear shape on the wall.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates in Spanish or English. There are five styles to choose from, such as Sand, which suits the warm Gulf landscape. Printed posters ship from partners in more than 30 countries.
