Meftah Map Poster & Print
Meftah lies in Blida Province, on the eastern side of the Mitidja, the fertile plain that stretches behind the coast of Algiers. To the south, the ground begins to rise toward the Blida Atlas, and the town sits close to that transition. On a map, its compact centre of streets is surrounded by orchards and fields on one side and by rising, more broken terrain on the other.
The Mitidja is one of Algeria's most important agricultural areas, known for citrus and market gardens, and its land is divided into long rectangular plots crossed by roads and irrigation channels. Meftah's growth has pushed newer housing blocks outward into this pattern. A Meftah map poster shows the town as a dense core within that wider agricultural frame.
The old centre has closely packed streets, while newer districts to the edges have wider roads and larger residential blocks. Watercourses run down from the hills across the plain, and roads link Meftah to Algiers and to neighbouring towns of the Mitidja. The map balances the geometry of the plain with the irregular foothills rising to the south.
