Te mapa
Naukot is a town in Sindh, in southeastern Pakistan, at the point where the irrigated plains give way to the Thar Desert. From above, the town is a compact cluster of streets set on a road leading south toward the desert districts. On one side lies farmland crossed by canals and field boundaries, and on the other, drier and more open ground.
The town is best known for Naukot Fort, a mud-brick fortress built in the Talpur period, which stands a short distance from the settlement. On a Naukot map poster, the town's dense core and the surrounding field patterns set the scene for this historic site at the desert's threshold.
Irrigation canals shape much of the landscape here, drawing straight lines across the plain and determining where villages and fields sit. As the land turns toward the Thar, those lines thin out. In black and white, that transition from ordered farmland to open desert becomes the defining quality of the map.

Irrigation canals run in straight lines across the plain around town. They divide the land into regular fields and give the map a quiet geometric order.
To the south the farmland fades into the open ground of the Thar. The poster captures that change as field lines grow sparse and space opens up.

Koteā ko Naukot
For families from Naukot, the town and its fort mark a very particular place between the irrigated plain and the desert. A map keeps that memory in view, whether at home in Sindh or much further away.
Customise the title, add a date or a family name in the subtitle, and edit the coordinates line. There are five styles, including Classic black & white and Sand, as $9 digital files in six sizes or a printed poster.
