Te mapa
Oujda lies in the far north-east of Morocco, a short distance from the Algerian border, on the open Angad plain. With few natural obstacles around it, the city spreads outward in most directions. From above the older core stands out clearly: a compact medina with a tight mesh of lanes, still partly enclosed by walls and gates.
Around the medina, the districts of the French period and later decades bring straight boulevards, roundabouts and larger blocks, reaching toward newer residential areas and the university. On a map this makes a strong contrast between the organic centre and the more regular rings beyond it. Parks and wide avenues break up the outer city, and the plain stretches off toward distant hills.
Oujda is one of Morocco's oldest cities, usually dated to the tenth century, and it is the main city of the Oriental region. It is also known for its musical traditions, gharnati music among them. An Oujda map poster reads almost like a diagram of how Moroccan cities grew, from the historic medina out to the modern districts.
The historic centre forms a dense knot of narrow, winding lanes. It looks sharply different from the surrounding districts and is easy to pick out even on a large print.
Wide avenues lead outward from the old city, linked by roundabouts and lined with larger blocks. Together they give the middle of the map a clear radial structure.
The city sits on a broad plain, so its outer districts extend without interruption from rivers or steep hills and fade gradually into open land.

Koteā ko Oujda
People hang Oujda for a family house in the medina, student years at the university or a stop on a long journey east. The map keeps the city's real shape, old core and newer rings, without turning it into a postcard.
Set a title in any wording, add a subtitle with a date or a dedication, and adjust the coordinates line. Five styles are available, and you can choose between instant HD files for $9 and a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
