Te mapa
Pirané lies in the province of Formosa in northern Argentina, on the wide, level plain of the Gran Chaco. The land is so flat that the town plan follows a simple rectangular grid, block after block. From above it looks orderly and compact, a clear pattern of intersecting streets surrounded by open countryside, with field boundaries and rural tracks continuing the straight lines outward.
A national highway linking the town with the provincial capital shapes its layout, and the town grew up along this transport line. The central blocks hold the square and civic buildings typical of Argentine towns, while the outer streets become looser as they meet the farmland. Water courses and low wetland areas common to the Chaco appear as softer, irregular marks.
A Pirané map poster captures that contrast between the disciplined grid and the open plain around it. Printed in black and white, the town becomes an almost architectural drawing, with the square at its heart and the long straight roads heading toward the horizon.
Streets meet at right angles across the whole town, producing an even checkerboard that is typical of planned settlements on the Argentine plains.
A national route runs past the town toward the city of Formosa, drawing a long, confident line across the flat terrain on the map.
Beyond the last blocks, straight rural tracks and field lines extend the geometry of the grid into the surrounding plain.

Koteā ko Pirané
A town like Pirané rarely appears on posters, which is exactly why it means so much to those who grew up there or have family in Formosa. The clean grid makes a striking, graphic print that suits both modern and simple interiors.
The title, subtitle and coordinates can all be personalised, whether with a surname, a year or a short phrase. Pick one of five styles, from Classic black & white to Sand, then download print-ready files for $9 or order a matte printed poster.
