Te mapa
Ponta Porã sits on Brazil's dry border with Paraguay. Its twin, Pedro Juan Caballero, begins across the street. No river or fence separates them. The border follows a line of avenues and an open strip, and people cross it freely every day. On a map, you see a single urban grid that happens to belong to two countries.
The Brazilian side spreads north and east in regular blocks typical of Mato Grosso do Sul, broken by open land and farms at the edge. Commercial streets gather close to the dividing line, where shoppers from both countries meet. The land around is high, rolling plateau country used for soy and cattle.
A Ponta Porã map poster shows this unusual geography clearly. The frame can include both halves of the conurbation, so the border appears only as a subtle break in the pattern of streets rather than a barrier. It is a map about connection, and it looks as balanced as it sounds.

Ponta Porã and Pedro Juan Caballero merge into a single built-up area. Their street patterns meet almost edge to edge across the line.
Beyond the last streets, large rectangular fields stretch across the high plain. Their geometry frames the city on every side of the poster.
