Te mapa
Quatro Barras lies just east of Curitiba, on the edge of the plateau where the metropolitan area starts to give way to forest and ridges. On a map the urban core forms a compact cluster along the main road corridor. Modest residential grids surround it and soon dissolve into rural lots, winding tracks and the contour-heavy ground of the Serra do Mar to the east.
The municipality is best known as a gateway to two landmarks of Paraná's outdoors. The Morro do Anhangava is a granite peak popular with climbers and hikers. The Estrada da Graciosa, the historic cobbled road that winds down through the mountains toward the coast, also begins here. Both give the town a character beyond its role as a suburb.
A Quatro Barras map poster captures that transition in one frame, from the orderly blocks near the highway to the looser roads that head into the hills. It is a portrait of a place defined by its position, right where the city ends and the mountains begin.
The main road through town acts as a spine for the urban area. Most of the street grid clusters close to it before the land opens up.
East of the centre, the roads loosen and begin to curve as the terrain rises, so the map's texture shifts from grid to meander.
The start of the Estrada da Graciosa, the old mountain road to the coast, gives the eastern side of the map a thread with real historical weight.

Koteā ko Quatro Barras
The poster suits people who commute into Curitiba but spend their weekends on the trails, and anyone who has driven the Graciosa and remembers where it began. It records the town and the mountains together.
Personalise the title, add a date or a short line as the subtitle, and keep or edit the coordinates. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Sand works well with the green edges of the plateau.
